How To Install libkqueue-dev on Ubuntu 18.04

libkqueue-dev is:
Contains the header files, manpages, and static libraries for use in developing applications that use the libkqueue library.
libkqueue is a portable userspace implementation of the kqueue(2) kernel event notification mechanism found in FreeBSD and other BSD-based operating systems. The library translates between the kevent structure and the native kernel facilities of the host machine.
There are three methods to install libkqueue-dev on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libkqueue-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
