How To Install libkadu on Debian 10

In this tutorial we learn how to install libkadu on Debian 10.
What is libkadu
libkadu is:
Gadu-Gadu is a Windows instant messenger, very popular in Poland. Kadu is a Qt5 client of Gadu-Gadu and XMPP for *nix systems.
This package contains libkadu, which is used by Kadu.
There are three methods to install libkadu on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libkadu Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install libkadu using apt by running the following command:

How To Uninstall libkadu on Debian 10
To uninstall only the libkadu package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libkadu
Uninstall libkadu And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libkadu and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 10, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libkadu
Remove libkadu Configurations and Data
To remove libkadu configuration and data from Debian 10 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libkadu
