How To Install libjulia-openblas64 on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install libjulia-openblas64 on Kali Linux.
What is libjulia-openblas64
libjulia-openblas64 is:
OpenBLAS is an optimized BLAS library based on GotoBLAS2 1.13 BSD version.
Unlike Atlas, OpenBLAS provides a multiple architecture library.
All kernel will be included in the library and dynamically switched to the best architecture at run time (only on amd64, arm64, i386, ppc64el and s390x).

There are three methods to install libjulia-openblas64 on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
