How To Install libjs-soundmanager2 on Debian 10

What is libjs-soundmanager2
libjs-soundmanager2 is:
SoundManager 2 makes it easy to play audio using JavaScript by wrapping and extending HTML5 and Flash Audio APIs.
The current package does not yet provide the Flash 9/AS3 shim (it falls back to Flash 8/AS2 if HTML5 is not available).
There are three methods to install libjs-soundmanager2 on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
