What is libjibx-java

libjibx-java is:

JiBX lets you work with data from XML documents using your own class structures. The JiBX framework handles all the details of converting your data to and from XML based on your instructions. JiBX is designed to perform the translation between internal data structures and XML with very high efficiency, but still allows you a high degree of control over the translation process.

This package provides the jibx.jar file as a symbolic link to the versioned jar.

There are three methods to install libjibx-java on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install libjibx-java Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install libjibx-java using apt-get by running the following command:

How To Uninstall libjibx-java on Ubuntu 18.04

To uninstall only the libjibx-java package we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get remove libjibx-java

Uninstall libjibx-java And Its Dependencies

To uninstall libjibx-java and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove libjibx-java

Remove libjibx-java Configurations and Data

To remove libjibx-java configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get -y purge libjibx-java

Remove libjibx-java configuration, data, and all of its dependencies

We can use the following command to remove libjibx-java configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
