libjcm-java is:
THE “Java Components For Mathematics” project represents an effort to develop a framework of configurable mathematical software components written in the Java programming language. Our Java components are meant to be used on instructional Web pages as interactive illustrations, special-purpose calculators, support for exercises, and so forth. The components in Version 1 are mostly useful for calculus and pre-calculus and for science courses that use some of the same material. They use Java 1.1, and so will not work in some older browsers that support only Java 1.0.

There are three methods to install libjcm-java on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libjcm-java Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libjcm-java using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libjcm-javaInstall libjcm-java Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libjcm-java using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install libjcm-javaInstall libjcm-java Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libjcm-java using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libjcm-javaHow To Uninstall libjcm-java on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the libjcm-java package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libjcm-javaUninstall libjcm-java And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libjcm-java and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libjcm-javaRemove libjcm-java Configurations and Data
To remove libjcm-java configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libjcm-javaRemove libjcm-java configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove libjcm-java configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge libjcm-javaDependencies
