How To Install libisofs-dbg on Debian 9

In this tutorial we learn how to install libisofs-dbg on Debian 9.
What is libisofs-dbg
libisofs-dbg is:
libisofs creates ISO images which can either be written to POSIX file objects or handed over to libburn for being written directly to optical media.
This package contains debugging files used to investigate problems with binaries included in the libisofs packages.
