How To Install libinput-bin on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install libinput-bin on Kali Linux.
What is libinput-bin
libinput-bin is:
libinput is a library that handles input devices for display servers and other applications that need to directly deal with input devices.
It provides device detection, device handling, input device event processing and abstraction to minimize the amount of custom input code the user of libinput needs to provide the common set of functionality that users expect.
This package includes the udev quirks database and helpers.
There are three methods to install libinput-bin on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libinput-bin Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libinput-bin using apt-get by running the following command:

To uninstall only the libinput-bin package we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove libinput-binRemove libinput-bin Configurations and Data
To remove libinput-bin configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libinput-binRemove libinput-bin configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
