How To Install libigraph3 on Debian 12

What is libigraph3
libigraph3 is:
igraph is a library for creating and manipulating graphs. It is intended to be as powerful (ie. fast) as possible to enable the analysis of large graphs.
This is the runtime library package.
There are three methods to install libigraph3 on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libigraph3 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libigraph3 using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
