How To Install libidna-punycode-perl on Kali Linux

What is libidna-punycode-perl
libidna-punycode-perl is:
IDNA::Punycode is a module to encode / decode Unicode strings into Punycode, an efficient encoding of Unicode for use with IDNA.
Note that IDNA::Punycode is deprecated; URI (packaged as liburi-perl) provides a URI::_punycode method as a replacement.
There are three methods to install libidna-punycode-perl on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
