How To Install libics-dev on Kali Linux

What is libics-dev
libics-dev is:
This is the reference library for ICS (Image Cytometry Standard), an open standard for writing images of any dimensionality and data type to file, together with associated information regarding the recording equipment or recorded subject.
This package contains the libraries needed to build ICS applications.
There are three methods to install libics-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libics-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libics-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libics-devInstall libics-dev Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libics-dev using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install libics-devInstall libics-dev Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libics-dev using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libics-devHow To Uninstall libics-dev on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the libics-dev package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libics-devUninstall libics-dev And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libics-dev and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libics-devRemove libics-dev Configurations and Data
To remove libics-dev configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libics-devRemove libics-dev configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove libics-dev configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
