How To Install libibumad3 on Ubuntu 20.04

libibumad3 is:
libibumad provides userspace Infiniband Management Datagram (uMAD) functions which sit on top of the uMAD modules in the kernel. These are used by InfiniBand diagnostic and management tools.
This package contains the shared library.
There are three methods to install libibumad3 on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
