How To Install libhawknl on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install libhawknl on Kali Linux.
What is libhawknl
libhawknl is:
HawkNL is a free, open source, game oriented network API.
HawkNL (NL) is a fairly low level API, a wrapper over Berkeley/Unix Sockets and Winsock. But NL also provides other features including support for:
- Multiple operating systems.
- Groups of sockets
- Socket statistics
- High accuracy timer
- CRC functions
- Macros to read and write data to packets with endian conversion
- Multiple network transports.
There are three methods to install libhawknl on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libhawknl Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libhawknl using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libhawknlInstall libhawknl Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
