How To Install libgvm-dev on Kali Linux

What is libgvm-dev
libgvm-dev is:
The Open Vulnerability Assessment System is a modular security auditing tool, used for testing remote systems for vulnerabilities that should be fixed.
It is made up of two parts: a server, and a client. The server/daemon, gvmd, is in charge of the attacks, whereas the client, gvm-tools, provides an X11/GTK+ user interface.
This package contains the required static libraries and headers.
There are three methods to install libgvm-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libgvm-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libgvm-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libgvm-devInstall libgvm-dev Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libgvm-dev using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install libgvm-devInstall libgvm-dev Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libgvm-dev using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libgvm-devHow To Uninstall libgvm-dev on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the libgvm-dev package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libgvm-devUninstall libgvm-dev And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libgvm-dev and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libgvm-devRemove libgvm-dev Configurations and Data
To remove libgvm-dev configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
