How To Install libgtp6 on Debian 12

libgtp6 is:
OsmoGGSN is a Gateway GPRS Support Node (GGSN). It is used by mobile operators as the interface between the Internet and the rest of the mobile network infrastructure.
This library is part of OsmoGGSN and implements the GTP protocol between SGSN (Serving GPRS support node) and GGSN.
There are three methods to install libgtp6 on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
