How To Install libgtk2.0-dev on Kali Linux

What is libgtk2.0-dev
libgtk2.0-dev is:
GTK is a multi-platform toolkit for creating graphical user interfaces. Offering a complete set of widgets, GTK is suitable for projects ranging from small one-off tools to complete application suites.
This package contains the header files and static libraries which are needed for developing GTK applications.
There are three methods to install libgtk2.0-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libgtk2.0-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libgtk2.0-dev using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libgtk2.0-dev using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To remove libgtk2.0-dev configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
