How To Install libgnucap-dev on Kali Linux

What is libgnucap-dev
libgnucap-dev is:
Gnucap is a general purpose circuit simulator. It performs nonlinear dc and transient analyses, Fourier analysis, and ac analysis linearized at an operating point. It is fully interactive and command driven. It can also be run in batch mode or as a server.
This package contains the symlink to the shared library.
There are three methods to install libgnucap-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libgnucap-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
