How To Install libgnuastro1 on Debian 9

What is libgnuastro1
libgnuastro1 is:
GNU Astronomy Utilities (Gnuastro) is a collection of programs (the
gnuastro' package) and librarires (this package along with
libgnuastro-dev’, and `libgnuastro1-dbg’) for astronomical data analysis and manipulation. The programs can be run on the command-line for efficient and easy usage and the libraries can be used within C and C++ programs.
This package contains Gnuastro’s shared librarires.
There are three methods to install libgnuastro1
on Debian 9. We can use apt-get

Install libgnuastro1 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libgnuastro1

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude
