How To Install libgnt-dev on Debian 12

What is libgnt-dev
libgnt-dev is:
GNT is an ncurses toolkit for creating text-mode graphical user interfaces in a fast and easy way. It is based on GLib and ncurses.
It was born out of the console-based UI, Finch, for the libpurple project.
This package contains the include files used for development against libgnt.
There are three methods to install libgnt-dev on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
