How To Install libgmtk1 on Ubuntu 22.04
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install libgmtk1 on Ubuntu 22.04.
What is libgmtk1
libgmtk1 is:
A set of GTK+ widgets used by gnome-mplayer. It provides, amongst others, gnome-mplayer’s media player widget.
This package provides the shared library.
There are three methods to install libgmtk1 on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libgmtk1 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

How To Uninstall libgmtk1 on Ubuntu 22.04
To uninstall only the libgmtk1 package we can use the following command:

To remove libgmtk1 configuration and data from Ubuntu 22.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libgmtk1
