How To Install libginac-dev on Ubuntu 18.04

What is libginac-dev
libginac-dev is:
GiNaC (which stands for “GiNaC is Not a CAS (Computer Algebra System)”) is a library for doing symbolic (i.e. non-numeric) computation directly in the C++ programming language.

There are three methods to install libginac-dev on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
