How To Install libgemmlowp-dev on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install libgemmlowp-dev on Kali Linux.

What is libgemmlowp-dev

This is not a full linear algebra library, only a GEMM library: it only does general matrix multiplication (“GEMM”).
