How To Install libgdcm3.0 on Kali Linux

What is libgdcm3.0
libgdcm3.0 is:
Grassroots DiCoM is a C++ library for DICOM medical files. It is automatically wrapped to python/C#/Java (using swig). It supports RAW,JPEG (lossy/lossless),J2K,JPEG-LS, RLE and deflated. It also comes with DICOM Part 3,6 & 7 of the standard as XML files.
This package contains the libraries needed to run GDCM applications.
There are three methods to install libgdcm3.0 on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libgdcm3.0 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libgdcm3.0 using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libgdcm3.0Install libgdcm3.0 Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libgdcm3.0 using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
