How To Install libgavl-ocaml on Kali Linux

This package provides an interface to the gavl library for OCaml programmers.
Gavl handles all the details of audio and video formats like colorspaces, samplerates, multichannel configurations etc. It provides standardized definitions for those formats as well as container structures for carrying audio samples or video images inside an application.
This package contains only the shared runtime stub libraries.
There are three methods to install libgavl-ocaml on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libgavl-ocaml Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libgavl-ocaml using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libgavl-ocamlInstall libgavl-ocaml Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libgavl-ocaml using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install libgavl-ocamlInstall libgavl-ocaml Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the libgavl-ocaml package we can use the following command:

To uninstall libgavl-ocaml and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libgavl-ocamlRemove libgavl-ocaml Configurations and Data
To remove libgavl-ocaml configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libgavl-ocamlRemove libgavl-ocaml configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove libgavl-ocaml configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
