How To Install libgail18 on Ubuntu 18.04

What is libgail18
libgail18 is:
Gail implements ATK interfaces for GTK+ widgets which are dynamically loadable at runtime by a GTK+ application. Once loaded, those parts of an application that use standard GTK+ widgets will have a basic level of accessibility, without the need to modify the application at all.
This package contains the shared library.
There are three methods to install libgail18 on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
