How To Install libfs-dev on Debian 10

What is libfs-dev
libfs-dev is:
libFS, the Font Services library, provides various functions useful to X11 font servers, and clients connecting to font servers. It is not used outside of these implementations.
This package contains the development headers for the library found in libfs6. Non-developers likely have little use for this package.

Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libfs-dev
using apt-get
