How To Install libforge1 on Debian 10

What is libforge1
libforge1 is:
A prototype of the OpenGL interop library that can be used with ArrayFire. The goal of Forge is to provide high performance OpenGL visualizations for C/C++ applications that use CUDA/OpenCL.

There are three methods to install libforge1 on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libforge1 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
