How To Install libfontconfig1-dev on Kali Linux

What is libfontconfig1-dev
libfontconfig1-dev is:
Fontconfig is a font configuration and customization library, which does not depend on the X Window System. It is designed to locate fonts within the system and select them according to requirements specified by applications.
This is a transitional package for libfontconfig-dev. It can be safely uninstalled.
There are three methods to install libfontconfig1-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libfontconfig1-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libfontconfig1-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libfontconfig1-devInstall libfontconfig1-dev Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libfontconfig1-dev using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
