How To Install libfm-qt6 on Debian 10

Libfm-Qt is a companion library providing components to build desktop file managers.
This package contains helper library libfm-qt for pcmanfm-qt.

Install libfm-qt6 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libfm-qt6 using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libfm-qt6

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install libfm-qt6 using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install libfm-qt6
Install libfm-qt6 Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install libfm-qt6 using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libfm-qt6
How To Uninstall libfm-qt6 on Debian 10
