How To Install libflac++6v5 on Kali Linux

What is libflac++6v5
libflac++6v5 is:
FLAC stands for Free Lossless Audio Codec. Grossly oversimplified, FLAC is similar to MP3, but lossless. The FLAC project consists of:

This package contains the runtime library libFLAC++.
