How To Install libfaad-ocaml on Kali Linux

This package provides an interface to the faad library for OCaml programmers.
FAAD2 is the fastest ISO AAC audio decoder available. FAAD2 correctly decodes all MPEG-4 and MPEG-2 MAIN, LOW, LTP, LD and ER object type AAC files.
This package contains only the shared runtime stub libraries.
There are three methods to install libfaad-ocaml on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libfaad-ocaml Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libfaad-ocaml using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libfaad-ocamlInstall libfaad-ocaml Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libfaad-ocaml using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the libfaad-ocaml package we can use the following command:

To uninstall libfaad-ocaml and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libfaad-ocamlRemove libfaad-ocaml Configurations and Data
To remove libfaad-ocaml configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libfaad-ocamlRemove libfaad-ocaml configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove libfaad-ocaml configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
