How To Install libevemu-dev on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install libevemu-dev on Kali Linux.
What is libevemu-dev
libevemu-dev is:
The evemu library and tools are used to describe devices, record data, create emulation devices and replay data from kernel evdev (input event) devices.
This package contains files that are needed to build applications.
There are three methods to install libevemu-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libevemu-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
