How To Install libevdev2 on Debian 11

What is libevdev2
libevdev2 is:
libevdev is a wrapper library for evdev devices. It provides functions covering the common tasks when dealing with evdev devices, thus avoiding erroneous ioctls and other errors.
This package contains the files required to run software using libevdev.
There are three methods to install libevdev2
on Debian 11. We can use apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get

After updating apt database, We can install libevdev2
