How To Install libetsf-io-dev on Kali Linux

What is libetsf-io-dev
libetsf-io-dev is:
ETSF_IO is a library of F90 routines to read/write the ETSF file format.
This package contains the static libraries provided by ETSF_IO to let electronic structure codes read and write ETSF files. It also contains the module file used by the Fortran compiler.
There are three methods to install libetsf-io-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libetsf-io-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
