How To Install libenum-perl on Ubuntu 18.04

What is libenum-perl
libenum-perl is:
The enum module defines a set of symbolic constants with ordered numeric values ala C enum types.
It is now capable of creating ordered bitmask constants as well. See the BITMASKS section in the documentation for details.
What are they good for? Typical uses would be for giving mnemonic names to indexes of arrays. Such arrays might be a list of months, days, or a return value index from a function such as localtime().
There are three methods to install libenum-perl on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libenum-perl Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libenum-perl using apt-get by running the following command:
