Engine_pkcs11 was developed for smart cards, and mostly for the OpenSC PKCS#11 module, but it should work fine with any PKCS#11 implementation.
Engine_pkcs11 is a spin off from OpenSC and replaced libopensc-openssl.
There are three methods to install libengine-pkcs11-openssl on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libengine-pkcs11-openssl Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
