How To Install libenca-dev on Kali Linux

What is libenca-dev
libenca-dev is:
Enca is an Extremely Naive Charset Analyser. It detects the character set and the encoding of text files and can also convert them to other encodings.
This package contains header files needed for development with libenca. It also contains API documentation.
There are three methods to install libenca-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libenca-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libenca-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libenca-devInstall libenca-dev Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
