How To Install libemos-data on Debian 9

What is libemos-data
libemos-data is:
The Interpolation library (EMOSLIB) includes Interpolation software and GRIB, BUFR, CREX encoding/decoding routines. It is used by the ECMWF meteorological archival and retrieval system (MARS) and also by the ECMWF graphics package MetView.
This package contains the data files needed by EMOSLIB.
There are three methods to install libemos-data on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libemos-data Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
