How To Install libedf-dev on Ubuntu 18.04

To uninstall only the libedf-dev package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libedf-dev

sudo apt-get -y autoremove libedf-dev

To remove libedf-dev configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libedf-dev
