How To Install libecap3-dev on Kali Linux
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install libecap3-dev on Kali Linux.
What is libecap3-dev
libecap3-dev is:
eCAP is a software interface that allows a network application, such as an HTTP proxy or an ICAP server, to outsource content analysis and adaptation to a loadable module. For each applicable protocol message being processed, an eCAP-enabled host application supplies the message details to the adaptation module and gets back an adapted message, a “not interested” response, or a “block this message now!” instruction. These exchanges often include message bodies.
There are three methods to install libecap3-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libecap3-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
