How To Install libec8 on Ubuntu 22.04

What is libec8
libec8 is:
This library implements 2-descent on elliptic curves over Q and computations with modular symbols.
It is the library which powers the eclib-tools, which are used for the elliptic curve database.
There are three methods to install libec8 on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libec8 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libec8 using apt-get by running the following command:

After updating apt database, We can install libec8 using apt by running the following command:
