How To Install libec3 on Ubuntu 18.04

This library implements 2-descent on elliptic curves over Q and computations with modular symbols.
It is the library which powers the eclib-tools, which are used for the elliptic curve database.
There are three methods to install libec3 on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libec3 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
