How To Install libdxflib3 on Ubuntu 18.04

What is libdxflib3
libdxflib3 is:
dxflib is a C++ library for reading and writing DXF files. When reading DXF files, dxflib parses the file and calls functions that you define in your own C++ class for adding entities, layers, etc.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
