dmraid discovers, activates, deactivates and displays properties of software RAID sets (eg, ATARAID) and contained DOS partitions.

dmraid uses the Linux device-mapper to create devices with respective mappings for the ATARAID sets discovered.

This package contains the header files needed to link programs against dmraid.

There are three methods to install libdmraid-dev on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
