How To Install libdca-utils on Debian 10

What is libdca-utils
libdca-utils is:
libdca provides a low-level interface to decode audio frames encoded using DTS Coherent Acoustics. DTS Coherent Acoustics streams are commonly found on DVDs, DTS audio CDs and some radio broadcastings. libdca also provides downmixing and dynamic range compression for various output configurations.
This package contains additional utilities.
There are three methods to install libdca-utils on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
