How To Install libdbus-glib-1-2 on Debian 9

What is libdbus-glib-1-2
libdbus-glib-1-2 is:
D-Bus is a message bus, used for sending messages between applications. Conceptually, it fits somewhere in between raw sockets and CORBA in terms of complexity.
This package provides a deprecated GLib-based shared library for applications using the GLib interface to D-Bus. New code should use GDBus, part of GLib, instead.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install libdbus-glib-1-2
using aptitude
by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libdbus-glib-1-2
How To Uninstall libdbus-glib-1-2 on Debian 9
To uninstall only the libdbus-glib-1-2
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libdbus-glib-1-2

To uninstall libdbus-glib-1-2
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 9, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libdbus-glib-1-2
