How To Install libcoin-runtime on Debian 12

In this tutorial we learn how to install libcoin-runtime on Debian 12.
What is libcoin-runtime
libcoin-runtime is:
External data files used by the Coin library at run-time. The dragger geometry files represent the defaults that are used if the files are not found. This package is completely optional.
There are three methods to install libcoin-runtime on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
