How To Install libcoap3-dev on Debian 12

What is libcoap3-dev
libcoap3-dev is:
Lightweight application-protocol for devices that are constrained their resources such as computing power, RF range, memory, bandwidth, or network packet sizes. This protocol, CoAP, is developed in the IETF working group “CoRE”, http://6lowapp.net and was standardized in RFC 7252.
This package contains the developer files like headers, the static library and the pkg-config files.
There are three methods to install libcoap3-dev on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libcoap3-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libcoap3-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
