How To Install libcoap-1-0-dev on Ubuntu 18.04

libcoap-1-0-dev is:

This package contains the developer files like headers, the static library and the pkg-config file.

We can use the following command to remove libcoap-1-0-dev configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
