What is libclone-perl

libclone-perl is:

The Clone module provides a clone() method which makes recursive copies of nested hash, array, scalar and reference types, including tied variables and objects.

It is faster (although less flexible) than Storable’s dclone. Its functionality is not serializing in-memory objects (i.e. as Data::Dumper or YAML::Dump do), but deep-copying them over to new in-memory structures.

There are three methods to install libclone-perl on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install libclone-perl Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update
